Reid Minish
is the President of Minish Construction Limited.
As a second generation owner to the business that
his father and uncles started, he and his staff
are proud to be celebrating 60 years in the
construction industry in 2012. Reid received
his Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Red
River College in 1973 and has been utilizing his
education and experience to grow Minish
Construction.
Clayton Mychalchuk joined
our team at Minish Construction in April 2010
after obtaining his degree in Structural
Technology from the Civil Engineering Technology
program at Red River College, and seven years of
construction experience with PCL Constructors
Canada. During his time with Minish
Construction he has successfully managed the Swan
Valley Coop project and will continue to provide
project management services to other Minish
Construction Projects.
Wayne Fullerton Minish
Construction has had the resources of Mr. Wayne
Fullerton for 12 years. Mr. Fullerton is a
journeyman carpenter of 24 years experience.
Wayne has worked for Minish Construction on many
of our design-build projects in an estimating and
project management capacity.
Brett Stephen joined our
team in January 2013 as Minish Construction's
Group Safety Coordinator. He is
responsible for ensuring that we are in compliance
with legislation, our training needs are met and
our equipment is serviced and ready. Brett
is provincially certified as a Construction Safety
Officer and a COR Registered Auditor through the
Construction Association of Manitoba. Brett
is also a certified trainer in many areas
including but not limited to Forklift, Aerial
Lift, Skidsteer, and WHMIS. He is also an
active Canadian Red CrossTraining Partner.
Brittney Minish-Terleski joined
the team in 2010 in the role of Contract
Administrator. She is actively involved in
and aware of all aspects of all projects that
Minish Construction undertakes. She is proud
to be part of the third generation carrying on the
standards of excellence that Minish Construction
has upheld for 60 years.
